Sludge dewatering machine - Single cloth type dewatering machine 'RF-300NU model'

Easier to use! By unitizing the equipment necessary for dehydration, we reduce additional costs.

The "RF-300NU model" is a sister machine to the "RF model." It is a compact dewatering unit with a single filter cloth type. By packaging the necessary equipment for dewatering, we have achieved space-saving. 【Features】 ■ No need for operational maintenance technology, and easy filter cloth replacement ■ Reduces additional costs by unitizing the equipment necessary for dewatering ■ Excellent moisture content and recovery rate ■ Achieves excellent cost performance with low cost and high moisture content *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Food Factory] Adoption of a Single-Plate Filter Press for Activated Sludge Treatment

The amount of coagulant used has been significantly reduced! The decrease in moisture content has also led to a reduction in the disposal costs of the dewatered cake.

A certain food factory was considering replacing its aging dewatering machine. There were issues such as high running costs due to the use of two types of polymer coagulants (cationic and anionic), a high moisture content in the dewatered cake leading to increased disposal costs, and a preference for the amount of wash water used to remain roughly the same as the current level. Based on customer hearings and dewatering tests, we proposed the CS type (single cloth filter). After implementation, the amount of coagulant used was significantly reduced, and the decrease in moisture content also led to a reduction in disposal costs for the dewatered cake. [Challenges] ■ High running costs due to the use of two types of polymer coagulants (cationic and anionic) ■ High moisture content in the dewatered cake leading to increased disposal costs ■ Preference for the amount of wash water used to remain roughly the same as the current level *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Sludge dewatering machine - One-sheet cloth type dewatering machine 'CS type'

Achieves excellent dewatering performance! Additionally, it minimizes water usage and is considerate of the environment.

The "CS type" is a well-balanced, single-sheet cloth dewatering machine suitable for those concerned about installation space. Its efficient design simplifies the dewatering machine, and the effective combination of suction dewatering and pressure dewatering achieves dewatering performance comparable to high-pressure belt presses. Additionally, with the suction blower, recycling device, and pump built into the frame, it can be installed in a narrower space compared to other dewatering machines, and it features a clean and tidy design. 【Features】 ■ High performance with a simple mechanism ■ Significant reduction in water usage ■ Excellent maintenance ■ Compact design *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Food Factory] Adoption of a Plate Filter Press for Excess Sludge

Proposal for dewatering machine models based on the characteristics of the sludge! You have chosen a model with a bit of extra capacity for the processing volume.

The customer from the food factory was considering the introduction of a dewatering machine due to the high volume of sludge generated during the summer season, which resulted in significant treatment costs. Therefore, we proposed a dewatering machine model based on the characteristics of the sludge. Since the volume of sludge varied by season, they chose a model with a bit of extra capacity for processing. As a result, stable dewatering has been achieved. 【Case Summary】 ■Challenges - High volume of sludge generated in summer - Consideration of introducing a dewatering machine due to significant treatment costs ■Results - Achieved stable dewatering *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Dehydrator Introduction] A Certain Food Factory

Dehydration is possible with inorganic coagulant solution 1! Here is an example of reducing disposal costs for dehydrated cakes.

We would like to introduce a case study of a dewatering machine for surplus sludge from biological treatment that was implemented at a certain food factory. The company was considering replacing their existing dewatering machine due to its aging, and they were facing issues such as "high running costs due to the use of two types of polymer coagulants (cationic and anionic)." After conducting interviews with the customer and performing dewatering tests, we proposed the 'CS type (single cloth filter)'. After implementation, the amount of coagulant used was significantly reduced, and the decrease in moisture content also led to a reduction in disposal costs for the dewatered cake. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues - High running costs due to the use of two types of polymer coagulants (cationic and anionic) - High moisture content in dewatered cake, leading to high disposal costs ■ Proposed Model: CS type (single cloth filter) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
